You may return any product — opened or unopened — within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and verified, we will issue a full refund through your original payment method — whether GCash, bank transfer, or COD reversal.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received.
Return Shipping
- If the product was damaged, incorrect, or not delivered properly, StillSafe Cebu will cover all return shipping costs.
- For other cases, customers may shoulder the courier fee — but we can help arrange a discreet pick-up for convenience.
- Returns may also be processed through our Cebu or Metro Manila fulfillment partners for faster handling.
